I’m Dr. Bianca Marro. My background includes a Doctoral Degree in School Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University. I also completed a Master’s in Applied Education and School Psychology at Columbia University.
I’m certified as a School Psychologist in New York and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These qualifications reflect my focus on education and behavioral analysis, areas I’ve committed my career to.
I most enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, and Depression. My role involves partnering with families to deliver behavioral and social-emotional support. I also aim to provide connections with community resources tailored to each person’s unique needs. Through this collaboration, we strive to improve the overall well-being of the families we work with.
I am a passionate therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering growth. I believe in the unique strengths of each individual and work collaboratively to help them develop essential coping skills, enhance social interactions, and set meaningful goals.
In our sessions, I create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can express themselves freely. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s needs, ensuring that therapy is both engaging and effective. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and a sense of fulfillment.
Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to manage anxiety, improve communication, and cultivate social skills, all while celebrating progress and personal achievements. My ultimate aim is to help individuals embrace their unique journeys and lead fulfilling lives.
